Crikex Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Crikex ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"). Crikex is an English-language online betting and gaming platform designed and operated for adult users. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and the Operator, governing all access to and use of the Crikex website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, promotions, support services and all related functionalities (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of the Services, you represent that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms are written in English. Any translation provided for convenience only shall have no binding effect; the English version governs in all cases.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform for the purpose of accessing the Services.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, esports market or any other offering made available through the Services.
• "Balance" means the net total of deposited funds, winnings and applicable bonuses held within a User's Account at any given time, displayed in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by the Operator under specific terms and conditions, which may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process the Operator uses to confirm a User's age, identity and the source of funds where required.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary display currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Services" means the totality of features, functionalities, products and content offered by Crikex through its website and mobile interface.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must bet (as a multiple of a bonus and/or deposit) before Bonus Funds are converted to withdrawable Real Money.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account and use the Services. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account where satisfactory proof cannot be provided. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Services is lawful in your country or territory of residence. The Operator does not warrant that the Services are legal in your jurisdiction. Users located in Prohibited Jurisdictions must not register or use the Services. Registering from a Prohibited Jurisdiction constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Opening, using or attempting to use multiple Accounts — whether personally or in concert with others — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Operator may close all associated Accounts and withhold any winnings obtained through multiple Account activity.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, pledged or otherwise assigned to any third party. You may not allow another individual to operate your Account on your behalf.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering an Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly should it change.

4.2 Credentials & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Operator will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 4.3 KYC Verification

The Operator reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method — at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or closure. Funds verified as belonging to the Account holder shall be returned net of any outstanding bonuses, charges or fees.

4.4 Account Activity

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, bet or withdrawal) for a period determined by the Operator's then-current policy may be classified as dormant. A dormant Account administration fee, as specified in the current fee schedule, may be applied to dormant Account balances in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted at the Operator's absolute discretion. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing reasons. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the Platform.

5.2 Odds & Market Prices

Odds and market prices are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The Operator uses best efforts to display accurate odds in real time but does not guarantee the accuracy of any odds display. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a palpably incorrect price — the Operator reserves the right to void the relevant bet(s) and return stakes.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) markets are offered on cricket (including PSL and ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other events at the Operator's discretion. In-play bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined shall be voided. The Operator is not responsible for delays in data feeds or streaming that may affect in-play market availability.

5.4 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the Operator's sport-specific and game-specific rules, which are published on the relevant section of the Platform. Settlement is generally completed within the timeframe stated per market type. The Operator's decision on settlement is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Clause 12.

5.5 Cancellation & Voids

The Operator may cancel or void any bet in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond a specified period, data feed errors, system malfunctions, collusion, match-fixing suspicion or any other factor that materially affects the integrity of the market. Voided bet stakes are returned to the Account Balance.

6.1 Deposits

The Operator facilitates deposits through payment methods displayed in the cashier section of your Account. The availability, minimum and maximum amounts, and applicable fees for each payment method are set out within the cashier and may change without prior notice. Deposits must be made from a payment instrument in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: completion of applicable KYC verification; satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and the Operator's anti-money laundering review process. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only; actual processing may take longer.

6.3 Currency

Account balances and transactions are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the Operator's then-current exchange rate. The Operator is not liable for any exchange rate differences.

6.4 Unclaimed Funds

If an Account is closed — whether by the User or by the Operator — any remaining Balance that has been verified as the User's funds (net of outstanding Bonus Funds and any charges under dormancy or other applicable policies) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method or by written agreement, subject to successful identity verification.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, Bonus Funds must meet a specified wagering requirement before they are converted to withdrawable Real Money. The wagering requirement, eligible games and contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms. The Operator reserves the right to amend wagering requirements on active bonuses in extraordinary circumstances with reasonable notice.

7.3 Abuse & Exploitation

The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to close the Account, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has: registered multiple Accounts to claim promotions; used algorithmic or automated betting systems designed to exploit bonus terms; coordinated with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes; or engaged in any other activity that the Operator reasonably considers to constitute bonus abuse.

7.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. It is your responsibility to review expiry dates before accepting any promotional offer.

Crikex is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Services are intended solely for entertainment purposes and must never be used as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

8.1 Player Protection Tools

The following tools are available to all registered Users via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from gambling for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period or indefinitely. Contact support to activate self-exclusion.

8.2 Adults Only

The Services are strictly for individuals aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. The Operator employs age verification procedures as part of the KYC process and will immediately close any Account found to belong to a minor, returning verified funds to the registered payment method.

All content on the Crikex Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, code, game content and interface design — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law or explicitly permitted in these Terms.

10.1 Services Provided "As Is"

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or fit for any particular purpose. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

10.3 Force Majeure

The Operator shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental actions, network or telecommunications failures, or third-party data feed disruptions.

11.1 By the Operator

The Operator may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close your Account if it has reason to believe that you have: breached any provision of these Terms; provided false or misleading registration information; engaged in fraudulent, collusive or abusive behaviour; attempted to manipulate any market or game outcome; or violated any applicable law.

11.2 By the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closing your Account does not extinguish any outstanding obligations owed to the Operator.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination — for any reason — your licence to use the Services is immediately revoked. Any Bonus Funds in your Account at the time of closure are forfeited. Verified Real Money balances will be returned to you subject to outstanding KYC and AML checks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints process will be referred to the competent authority of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email notification to the registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account.
